6 & 7 Day Trips

The most popular Arizona River Runners packages are our 6-days/5-night and 7-days/6-night trips. Be swept away by the natural beauty as you raft 187 miles of the Colorado River though the heart of the Grand Canyon. You have the option of starting your trip in Las Vegas, NV or Marble Canyon, AZ. If you choose the Las Vegas option you begin with a science early morning flight to Marble Canyon where you meet your guides and begin your adventure. Each day, experience the thrill of the mighty rapids, hike to explore side canyons and delight in Dutch-oven cooked gourmet meals. Each night, as the sun starts to sink behind the canyon walls. We set camp on a beautiful sandy beach. In camp, conversations continue after an amazing dinner and soon the stars begin to sparkle as you tune in to the quiet serenity above you and let the vastness of the heavens soothe your soul.

For an additional day of adventure and hiking. Select the 8 day trip which runs from Lee’s Ferry to Lake Mead for a total of 280 miles.

A Taste of the West

3 Day Trip

At the Ranch Our.3-day/3-night Escape has become the favorite for those who are looking for a shorter but exciting adventure. Your trip begins in Las Vegas, NV with a scenic flight to the Bar 10 Ranch on the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Enjoy lunch and have the afternoon to ride horses. ATV’s. Skeet shoot or relax at the ranch. A Dutch-oven dinner is served followed by toe-tappin’ Western entertainment from the Bar 10 staff. As night falls, bed down in the lodge. In an authentic Conestoga wagon, or under the stars.

On the River The next morning you will be helicoptered down to the Canyon floor to explore the lower section of the Canyon for the next day and a half. Experience the exhilaration of rafting amid high canyon walls, ancient lava flows, rushing rapids and sleeping blissfully under the stars. On the afternoon of the third day, switch from the raft to a jet boat for an invigorating ride to Lake Mead to board an air-conditioned motor coach back to Las Vegas.

13 Day Oar Trip

Begin your journey in Las Vegas. NV with a motor coach ride to Marble Canyon. AZ for your orientation and launch. With an ARR guide at the oars. The next 13 days offer ample time to explore side-Canyons and bond with the natural splendor of 225 miles of the Grand Canyon. On the last day. You will ride a motor coach back to Las Vegas arriving mid-afternoon.

6 Day Oar Trip with Hike-Out

This trip begins in Las Vegas. NV with an early morning scenic motor coach ride to a Marble Canyon, AZ. There you meet your guides to begin your 87 mile journey of side canyon exploration. Whitewater and incredible views. On day six, Strap on your hiking boots for your eight mile trek up the Bright Angel Trail to the South Rim.

8 Day Oar Trip with Hike-In

You and an ARR guide hike eight miles down the winding Bright Angel Trail leading you to the river’s edge at Pipe Creek where you join fellow rafters. The next eight days are filled with outdoor exploration and river running covering 138 miles from phantom Ranch to Diamond Creek.
